Biomass C+ meets a Biogas company in Komotini
On December 4th, CERTH team visited a biogas company called biogasko. During their meeting, a fruitful discussion was developed about the replication activities and how our GFF technology could applied to their ponds. Their ponds are lagoons filled with the digested sludge. The lagoons are in row and the one overflows the other, concluding to a lagoon with only a few percent of solids. The sludges removed from the lagoon require final disposal. The idea of Biomass C+ project sounded appealing to them, so they would like to establish GFFs to their final lagoon in the next period.
