HELPE presented Biomass C+ in a webinar on biofuels and sustainbility

Mrs. Toubeli from HELPE partner participated in a webinar called “Biofuels and Sustainability: An alternative energy source”. The webinar was organized from a volunteer group of undergraduate Chemistry students, called ReAcTiON, from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. This group is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-union group and aims to connect students with the market, as well as to hold scientific and social events.

During Mrs. Toubelis’ presentation about biofuels, she had the chance to present the Biomass C+ project, the objectives, the expected results and the importance of bioethanol production from Typha plants cultivated in the waterbodies, avoiding land use for crops cultivation.Mrs. Toubeli from HELPE partner participated in a webinar called: Biofuels and Sustainability: An alternative energy source.
